Running this site costs money. We would rather tell you exactly how it is funded than pretend otherwise.
How the Site is funded
AsterTracker may display third-party advertising (for example via Google AdSense) and may, in future, use affiliate links. Advertising revenue supports our data costs and hosting.
How advertising is labelled
Paid placements are clearly marked as advertising. Anything that is not marked as advertising is independent editorial content chosen by us. Our Data Sources & Attribution section credits the providers whose data we display — that is attribution, not paid placement, and those providers do not pay us and are not our advertisers.
Affiliate links
If an article contains an affiliate link, we will say so in that article. An affiliate link may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you. Commission never determines whether or how we cover something, and we do not publish “review” content written to sell a product.
Editorial independence
Advertisers have no influence over our editorial decisions, no advance sight of articles, and no veto. We do not accept payment for coverage, for favourable framing, or for links inside editorial text. See our Editorial Policy & Ethics.
What we will not accept
We decline advertising for schemes promising guaranteed or risk-free returns, unlicensed financial services where a licence is required, and anything we judge misleading or harmful to readers.
